I’m not a local in Liberty City. I came here from somewhere…

Another map from around Liberty City, submitted by ‘Rainbowescapades‘. This one illustrates the boardwalk at that city’s answer to Coney Island.

There is, unfortunately, not much which can be discerned here save for the general shape of the area. As our correspondent points out: the map looks like somebody went to town on Photoshop filters. Either that, or an ice shelf has recently broken off the Broker coastline. Such a sign is, however, still a nice addition to the street furniture. A legend can be seen on the left-hand side, which we can assume would list attractions in the area.
